WHAT TO EXPECT/ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Thanks to an expert naturopath you will find your psychophysical balance and recharge yourself through the wood essence, and the unique feeling of the cold under your feet in contrast to a warm and pleasant self-massage with balsamic ointment. Finally, a tasty snack at Silvia’s patisserie will follow, with a hot herbal tea and a typical dessert.

INTERESTING FACTS/INFO

The Kneipp course is used in the summer as a barefoot path of wellbeing over different kinds of terrain: water, grass, tree bark, sand, stones, and trunks.

WHO ARE WE

Margherita De Carli, an expert naturopath, aims to offer people wellbeing through nature. The typical snack will be offered by Pasticceria Silvia, where you can savor a hot herbal tea and a homemade typical dessert.

WHAT WE SUPPY

Immersion in nature guided by an expert naturopath. Unguent and natural tools will be provided for the guided self-massage.
Natural herbal drink and home-made cake at the end of your experience.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

Experience suitable for adults.
Not suitable for children, the disabled or those with reduced mobility.

EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING

Hiking boots or footwear suitable for the snow, warm comfortable winter clothing, socks (not tights) that can be taken off for the barefoot snow experience, spare pair of woollen socks. You must bring your own towel.
