Once you've left your car at the Cavallar parking area in the Val di Rabbi, located in the eponymous village, walk along the SAT trail no. 130. The trail ascends steadily, following switchbacks until you reach a larch forest. Here, in autumn, you can stop and look up to enjoy the fascinating color palette that the larches turn into. Continuing along the path, in about an hour and a half, you'll reach Malga Artisé, situated at an altitude of 1,890 meters.
This is a moderately difficult trail that winds through the Val di Rabbi to the Artisé mountain hut. At the Artisé hut, you can find cows grazing in the summer months, giving their milk a more authentic and genuine flavor.
