In the Val di Rabbi, we can offer them plenty of nature, fresh clean air and playgrounds which are lots of fun!

- Time required: 3.30 hours.
- Length: 4 km.
- Difficulty: easy.
From the car park near the San Bernardo tourist information office, set off along the road to the other side of the Rabbies river. You do not need to put your snowshoes just yet. After passing two cowsheds and an old farmhouse, you reach a bridge over the Rio Varloz, which is a good point to put on your snowshoes. Follow the route uphill past the typical Rabbi farmhouses, crossing a wooden bridge, as the valley narrows, until you reach a forest cottage (Baita Forestale) at 1,364 m, overlooking the mighty frozen waterfalls (2 hours).To return, retrace your steps a short way and when you reach a small mountain hut, cross to the opposite slope and descend through the larch forest to the valley below (3.5 hours).
